Caroline
Shepherdson ~ Five Element Acupuncture
At the heart of five element practice lies an understanding that
the many physical ailments our society suffers from are often as
much the product of emotional distress as of any physical cause.
In many cases, they can only fully be alleviated when these inner
stresses are addressed.
Tim uses an integrative approach in the following disciplines;
Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling and Coaching, to enable
clients to overcome barriers to self-fulfilment.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and hypnotherapy are powerful
techniques that can provide rapid and long-lasting treatment of
many conditions, whether believed
to originate
in
the mind or the body. EFT was originally developed to reduce the
therapy process from months or years down to minutes or hours and
it often works where nothing else will.
