Judie has recently moved to Suffolk from Sussex and has over 10 years experience of yoga practice. She is mentored by Andrew Curtis-Payne, yoga teacher trainer for the Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation based in Chennai, India (www.khyf.net).
In 2002 and 2004 she completed Centre for Yoga Studies (formerly Association
for Yoga Studies) foundation courses and is currently training in Bristol with
Paul Harvey at the Centre for Yoga Studies (CYS) completing a 4 year practitioner
programme providing in-depth teacher training in Yoga Practice, Teaching, Psychology
and Therapy (www.yogastudies.org). CYS is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited
organisation and offers this yoga to everyone in the spirit of TKV Desikachar’s
teaching from his father Sri T Krischnamacharya, respecting difference in age,
sex, culture, religion or ability.
