The Harmony Centre is a converted multi-purpose building situated 2.5 miles from Halesworth in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. The building has been ecologically refurbished from a set of farm stables built in a unique position in the early 1900's. The aim is for a sustainable building using its own power, heat and water services.

The countryside setting is an ideal place for clients to restore their sense of well being. Therapists, complementary practitioners and researchers in health issues are invited to use our facilities.

Reception

The Heart of the Centre. You are immediately aware of the beautiful oak floor, and the light, welcoming atmosphere. Here you will meet other visitors to the Centre. There is full and easy access for the disabled.

The Harmony Room (picture)

This lovely room is perfect for talks, classes and workshops of all kinds. It will comfortably seat more than 30 people. The large windows and tranquil green landscape beyond them makes it ideal for achieving the relaxed concentration which allows guests to get the very best from their visit. The Harmony Room has, of course, all the modern teaching aids.

The Green and Pink Therapy Rooms

These fully equipped, private consulting rooms offer an intimate space for both therapist and client alike. With their discreet decor in subtle shades, they provide a harmonious and peaceful setting for all kinds of treatment.

Other Facilities

There is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious cloakrooms for the able and disabled.
