Exercise Class

A daytime series of 6 sessions begins on Thursday 16th September at 10am.
During these exercise sessions we will gently explore stretches and other self-help exercises to help stimulate the flow of subtle energies in your body, promoting health and creating vitality. Visualisations and relaxation at the end of each class help you to focus attention on relaxing your body, calm your mind and bring you towards finding inner well-being.
Techniques will include “Do-in”, meridian stretches, joint mobilisation, location of important acupressure points, breathing, relaxation and visualisation.
”Memory reminder” handouts will aid your continuing the good work at home.
The class is straightforward and suitable for individuals of all abilities.
A further 6 classes will follow on after the half-term break.
Trish also runs this as an evening class at The Cut in Halesworth.
